You can also point a server browser (like XQF) to `master.frag-net.com`, as Frag-Net is backwards compatible with GameSpy.
If you want to continue using GameSpyLite, or not want to connect via IP manually, edit your hosts file to redirect `master0.gamespy.com` to the IP of `master.frag-net.com` - which you can figure out with a ping.
That is how you can play without patching your original game.
Proceed to run both "run_rtime.sh" and "run_game.sh" in different shells.
We noticed that if you're on a Linux system with a domain (e.g. x240.foo.com) it'll often have issues assigning a sensible network address. You will have to edit your /etc/hosts file to point that domain + hostname to your very specific LAN address to aid the application in picking the right IP.
Unlike the game server, you cannot assign the RTIME server an IP.
