Source code availability
The source code has not been released. That said, the OpenRA project is in the process of liberating the game which you can track on the issue tracker.
How-to-play On-line
Until OpenRA gains full support for Tiberian Sun, the best way to play it is via the version of the game provided by CnCNet.
Downloads
As of February 12th 2010, the game has been released as freeware by Electronic Arts. Below you can find the original, full copy of the game as released by them. The installation instructions for those are here.
